Newark Senior Residents 55 and Older

The division is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing service delivery for senior citizens ages 55 and over as well as maintaining contact with federal, state, county and local public/private delivery programs that impact on their well-being. 

The Division of Senior Services will provide social services and referral services to seniors throughout the City of Newark including but are not limited to, financial, health, nutrition, transportation, protective services and social services.

All participating Senior Citizens must be registered with Senior Services. Registration is available at the main office located at 94 William Street, Room #101 or #102, Newark, New Jersey 07102. Office hours of operation are 8:30am-3:30pm
